The product features a covert harmonized marker embedded in transparent compatible carrier, often overprinted on clearly visible and identifiable areas of the document, such as holograms, logos etc.

The product will react to excitation by an incident beam from a hand held pointing device to generate an audible and clearly identifiable bleep, whilst simultaneously generating a visible signal colour change from blue to green as illustrated. 

It is possible to embed a combination of taggants to create a unique signature thereby enhancing security level
